How can I return a shipment?
Please send us an email to info@frechling.de and include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then send you a return form and return label.
Please note that due to the high costs, we cannot offer free return shipping for climbing arches and slides.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is generally free. For shipping to Austria, please see further down this page. For shipping outside of these countries, please contact us directly; we're happy to help.
Do you ship to Switzerland?
Yes, we ship to Switzerland. Please send us an inquiry to info@frechling.de or simply add the products to your shopping cart and proceed through the normal checkout process.
Do you ship outside the DACH region?
We are generally happy to fulfill special requests and have even sent climbing arches as far as Hong Kong - just get in touch with us and we will try to find a solution.
Shipping costs abroad
Shipping to AT/CH
We generally offer free shipping on all products within Germany . The following prices apply to Austria and Switzerland:
We are currently shipping the Loggos, the cushions , the steering wheel , the toy car and the children's furniture via parcel service.
Currently, we ship the slide and the S, M and L arches via DHL bulky goods.
All other items, such as the sets and the XL climbing arches, are shipped via freight forwarding.
