Warranty conditions

The manufacturer (Frechling GmbH) provides an 18-year warranty on the goods advertised with this warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty is valid only within the Federal Republic of Germany.

If material or manufacturing defects occur in the glued wooden joints of our Frechling® play and climbing arches during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, will provide one of the following services at its discretion under the warranty:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

In case of a warranty claim, please contact the warranty provider:

  • Failure to observe any safety precautions
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions
  • Use of force (e.g., blow, push, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts

To make a warranty claim, the warrantor must be given the opportunity to examine the product by sending it in. Care must be taken to prevent damage during transport by using appropriate packaging.

To claim under warranty, you must include a copy of the original invoice for the goods. Please understand that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without this invoice copy. The invoice copy is required to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller if this information is not already included on the invoice copy.

If your warranty claim is valid, the warranty process will be handled free of charge. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the warranty provider.
